I submitted this petition on 9/25/2008 to this Congress with copies to those on my mailing list. On 9/24/2008 I asked Congress woman Shannon Edwards to support and if she would consider reading my petition to Congress today. I told her that I had spoke to Speaker Archie Mason and he told me that I could not read this petition in Session by I could have a congress member read it for me, if I could find someone to support the petition. I spoke with Congress woman Edwards and she had discussed this with Speaker Mason and I understand that he suggested to put copies in their cubby holes (mail slots). Those mentioned in this petition and other correspondence are naturally upset with me for making a point to call their attention to Constitution and they are not listening to the people.
People they simply don't care about you, expecially those of you that do not live in the Osage Reservation. I keep reminding them about those many Osages that put them where they are today, and if it were not for you folks out ther there would not be a tribe that receives the funding from the Federal Government Programs. Thats right, you are counted as if you were here on the reservation.
You can listen to Mr. Supernaw talks but you can not trust him or believe him, he's simply full of himself and his paranoia and grievences toward the Executive Branch which he brought on to himself and the first Congress. If you look back you will understand that I am telling you the truth with honesty, because that is the way I am and
have nothing to gain in any programs Federal or otherwise.
Thanks to all of you out there and besure to write to your Congress members and the Chief through the Constituents Services here, it is an excellent way to get information and your questions answered.

This petition is being submitted with respect of the Osage people and our Constitution and for the Osage Nation Congress to cease and desist their continued hostility between the Executive and the Congress Branches.
I will refer this petition to the Osage Peoples Constitution on enactment of laws, separation of Branches and the conduct of some Congress members that have created deception while attacking the Principle Chief, employees and the operations of the Nation.
When you disrespect the Principle Chief, you are also disrespecting the Osage People.
When you disrespect the Constitution, you are including the Osage People and the Osage Nation. You took an oath that includes that you will,
“swear (or affirm) always to place the interest of ALL Osages above any special or personal interests” and “I will always uphold and defend the Constitution of the Osage Nation”
You were given the opportunity of honor of responsibility by the Osage Nation to establish, by example, precedence for others to carry on in the future.
You have failed to have set that example, with your accusations, actions of selfishness and paranoia while blaming everyone but yourselves.
For the last two years, there have been many attempts to suggest that you refer to the Constitution and you have consistently ignored and disregarded those pleas. Discussing a potential bill of law to the importance in the Constitution for protection of all Osage people,
The people believed you to be independent thinkers and to look out for their interest to become a government for all the people of the Osage Nation. So many times, you have ignored the Constitution as whole document, but instead used it toward your personal grievances.
The Osage Congresses tactics has created fear, turmoil, and embarrassment for the Osage people. The thinking of what mine is mine and what yours is mine attitude of this Congress bring grievances and paranoia to those you depend on. Instead of bringing the people together, you have created a new division in the community.
By your actions, you have abused your position by:
* Demanding special treatment because you are The Osage Congress and you deserve special treatment.
* Osage Constitution states, “When called upon to provide your own individual opinions or position all such delegates shall state explicitly is not representative of the position of and administrations, body within the Osage Nation Government and shall not allow such an inference to occur.

Supernaw has over stepped these boundaries so many time it has caused a divided community with a mission to deceive.
However, Congressman Raymond Red Corn issues his updates stating the above.
* You shall not use your positions to improperly influence the deliberations, administrations, or decisions to any independent board or commission proceedings.
* This to include the Gaming Commission Board and their administration.
Your interference is in this manner is an affront to the Constitution and the Independent Commission Board. You must also remember your campaign promises of not ‘micro managing’ the daily operations of the Agency.
* You have refused to write Ethics law for 2 years, post facto, considering your consistence interference and those laws that intrudes or deem unconstitutional as the Constitution expressly states “Powers of separation of a three branches government.
Article XI: Citizen Initiatives, Referendum and Recall:
The Osage people may propose and enact laws by the initiative or rejects laws, acts of the Osage Nation Congress by the referendum.
Members that are subject to this petition are:

Simms, Shackelford, Revard,
Anderson, and Branstetter, Eddy Red Eagle and Speaker Archie Mason however, in their culpability by example should require accountability for their transgressions and to include any and all penalties that may be subscribed by a judgment of law.
By your actions, you have caused the Principle Chief to take the step of retaliatory to protect the people and the Constitution.
To be more specific – you have created your own course of censer.
If you look back with honesty in your heart with an open mind, and take the time to review, what and how this paranoia and juvenile journey started, you will see what others have witnessed.
Know this; I have many concerns and questions for the Executive Branch, but you have taken more time to understand your reasons for the things you do.
I pray for equality in our government and that you will act for the benefits for the Osage people that elected you. That is a big responsibility and one we all should pray for daily.
